We meet for one-on-one somatic sessions where you learn to regulate your nervous system, reduce overwhelm, and access the deeper wisdom your body has been holding onto. Together, we work through the fears, patterns, and old beliefs that have kept you stuck so you can move toward your calling with confidence.
Personalized True Calling Workshop
Through guided reflection, takeaways from your somatic sessions, and structured exercises to identify your strengths, desires, and talents, we’ll identify your true calling. You’ll leave this part of the program with a clear direction, a sense of purpose, and a vision that actually feels aligned with who you are.
Full-Service Website
Design (Wix or Squarespace)
Once you’re clear on your direction, I will help you translate it into a polished brand and website. You’ll get support with visuals, voice, messaging, layout, and everything needed to create and launch a site you’re proud to share. I love connecting with people and providing a space where they can feel heard, seen, and safe to grow. I'm trained as an Integrative Somatic Therapy Practitioner (ISTP) and work as a Global UX Design Lead. Somatic therapy was life-changing in my own burnout and anxiety recovery journey. It helped me get a leg up on starting Verve & Soul Coaching when I was part of an entrepreneurship coaching program.
