I love connecting with people and providing a space where they can feel heard, seen, and safe to grow. I'm trained as an Integrative Somatic Therapy Practitioner (ISTP) and work as a Global UX Design Lead. Somatic therapy was life-changing in my own burnout and anxiety recovery journey. It helped me get a leg up on starting Verve & Soul Coaching when I was part of an entrepreneurship coaching program.
I've learned that building a business goes hand in hand with personal growth. It can limit it or enhance it, depending on how deep you are willing to go.
