4. Payments
4.1. Payments made for courses, workbooks, guides, or other products and services offered through Verve & Soul Coaching, LLC are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4.2. Verve & Soul Coaching, LLC uses secure payment processors for all transactions; however, Verve & Soul Coaching, LLC is not responsible for any issues related to your payment method or security breaches.

5. Online Community Membership
5.1. When you join Verve & Soul Coaching's online community, you agree to follow community guidelines, which prohibit disrespectful language, discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, or sexuality, and any other inappropriate behavior. RebelSoul Digital reserves the right to remove members who violate these guidelines.

6. Mentorship and Coaching Calls
6.1. Mentorship and coaching calls may be offered as part of Verve & Soul Coaching, LLC services. Specific terms and conditions will apply to these calls, and you agree to abide by them when participating.
